Terms of purchase

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply between Hannus & Co Teknik AB, reg. no. 556665-3860, hereinafter referred to as "The seller", and consumer or business, hereinafter referred to as "Customers", when purchasing via the Seller's e-commerce. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions.


1. products and use

The seller's products are intended for vehicles. The customer is responsible for ensuring that use and installation are in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the country where the vehicle is used, for example with regard to inspection requirements and road use. The Seller is not liable for any damages, legal consequences or penalties that may result from improper or illegal use.


2. Your order, prices and shipping

Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and reservations
We reserve the right to cancel an order in whole or in part in the event that an item is sold out. In the case of out-of-stock items, the customer will be notified of this, possibly together with information on alternative products or offers. The customer will then have the option to accept the new offer with the changes indicated in relation to the original order, or to cancel the order in its entirety.

Pricing and printing errors
If there has been a typographical, printing or similar error of a material nature on the part of the Seller, for example in advertising or in the online store, and the error results in a price deviation exceeding fifteen (15) per cent of the ordinary selling price, the Seller shall be entitled to unilaterally correct, reject or cancel the order. This applies even if the customer has already received an order confirmation or equivalent confirmation of the order.

Force majeure
We reserve the right to cancel an order in whole or in part and to withdraw from commitments under our customer guarantees in the event that the fulfilment of the contract is prevented by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, natural disasters, fire, strike, pandemic or other extraordinary events that could not reasonably be foreseen or avoided.

Changes to the order
We are entitled to make changes to an order until the goods have left our warehouse. Once the goods have left our warehouse, changes can no longer be made, in which case the customer may exercise their statutory right of cancellation.

Shipping costs will be added as follows:

Free shipping: for order values over 1,995 SEK incl. VAT (200 EUR) (does not apply to front frames or bulky goods).

3. delivery

3.1 Delivery time
For in-stock products, delivery normally takes place within 1-3 working days from confirmation of the order. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day.

For made-to-order products, delivery takes place only after the product is received from the supplier. The estimated delivery time for goods on order is normally 5-20 working days. If the delivery time is expected to be longer than the stated interval, the customer will be informed without undue delay of the estimated delivery date.

3.2 Tracking
Once a shipment has been dispatched, the customer is provided with tracking information via email or SMS from the chosen carrier.

3.3 Liability and transport damage
Xenonkungen bears the risk for the products until they have been handed over to the customer or the carrier. In the case of shipment to an agent, responsibility is transferred when the customer has received and signed for the shipment.

For shipments by Varubrev, Xenonkungen does not cover any compensation for lost shipments after Postnord has delivered the parcel to the customer's address. The customer thus accepts that the delivery takes place without any receipt.

In the event of visible transport damage, notification must be made directly to the delivery point before the parcel is signed for. If a product is damaged after the delivery has been signed for, the customer must contact Xenonkungen without unreasonable delay, but no later than 30 days from receipt.

In the event of delivery of a defective product, it is the customer's responsibility to complain about the defect to Xenonkungen within a reasonable time and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. In these cases, Xenonkungen is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in connection with the return and delivery of the correct product.


4. Right of cancellation and open purchase

4.1 Extended right of withdrawal
We offer an extended cancellation period of 30 days for consumers. This means that you as a customer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the day you physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the end of the withdrawal period. Notification can be made by e-mail to order@xenonkungen.se or by telephone on 0300-30860.

The goods must then be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

4.2 Conditions for returns

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is sent to the correct return address and that this is done in a traceable manner. Returns should be sent as business parcels to the return address below. Shipments via Bussgods or other transport options that do not deliver directly to our company address are not accepted. When using Xenonkungens return waybill, a fee of SEK 100 including VAT will be added and deducted from the original payment method.

If the Customer returns one or more parts of an order, but not the entire order, Xenonkungen shall, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, bear the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the Customer is responsible for the return freight. Shipping costs paid in connection with the original order are not refundable. If the order was placed with free shipping, Xenonkungen reserves the right to charge the Customer the regular shipping cost for the corresponding delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is sent in a correct and traceable manner and that it reaches Xenonkungen. Any delivery problems, delays or lost shipments are the responsibility of the Customer until the shipment is received by Xenonkungen. In order to prove that the return has been made correctly, it is the Customer's responsibility to save the parcel number and delivery receipt. Returns that cannot be traced are considered the responsibility of the Customer until they are received by Xenonkungen, and must be received within the statutory cancellation period.

Refund of the value of the goods shall be made no later than fourteen (14) days after Xenonkungen has received the returned goods or after the Customer has provided reliable proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

In order for a refund to be made, the goods must be in essentially unchanged condition and as complete as possible, including original packaging and all accessories. If the product is missing parts, accessories or original packaging, or if it has been handled in a way that has resulted in a reduction in value, Xenonkungen reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction corresponding to the actual reduction in value.

In the case of a return, the return form and all the information requested in the form must be attached. Returns without this information cannot be processed and no refund will be made until complete information is received. When returning parcel products, the entire parcel must be returned. Partial returns of individual products in packages will not be accepted.

4.3 Exceptions to the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

Goods damaged or deteriorated due to careless handling

Goods that have been modified, rebuilt, upgraded or otherwise altered


5. Guarantee

5.1 Scope of the guarantee

The warranty period stated for each product is 12 months unless otherwise stated on the product packaging or on the Xenonkung website. The warranty only applies to original material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, assembly or use that deviates from the product's instructions for use
  • Modification, remodelling, soldering, painting, cable cutting or other alteration
  • Exposure to overheating, overvoltage, strong chemicals or improper washing
  • Wear and tear that occurs during normal use or due to external influences

5.2 Complaints and guarantees

To invoke the guarantee, the customer shall:

  1. Contact customer service by phone or email and describe the error
  2. Follow the instructions from customer service, including enclosing a completed returns form when returning. The customer may choose whether to make an advance claim on an open invoice or a claim that is sent to Xenonkungen first.
  3. Return the goods in a way that prevents further damage during transport

Transport costs are only reimbursed if the guarantee claim is approved.

5.3 Measures in case of a successful guarantee case

We can, in the case of an authorised warranty claim:

  • Repairing the product
  • Replace the product with an equivalent new or equivalent product
  • Refund the purchase price

The seller (Xenon King) decides which of the options to use in each case.

The costs of packaging, any troubleshooting costs, dismantling and installation costs and travelling expenses for the customer are paid by the buyer. Xenonkungen will only compensate the actual value of the goods.

Refunds or replacements will be made without undue delay, but no later than 30 days after the complaint is accepted.

5.4 Fees for unauthorised guarantee claims
If the warranty claim is not approved, for example due to incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or careless handling, Xenonkungen reserves the right to charge a handling fee of SEK 240 excluding VAT for costs related to examination, handling and shipping costs.


6 Complaints

6.1 Consumer's right to complain

As a consumer, you have a three (3) year right of complaint under the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. Complaints within two (2) months of discovery are always considered within a reasonable time.

The right of complaint covers original defects and defects that occur during normal use, but does not apply to defects or damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, assembly or use contrary to the product's instructions for use
  • Modification, remodelling, soldering, painting, cable cutting or other alteration
  • Careless handling, exposure to overheating, overvoltage, strong chemicals or improper washing

6.2 Complaints process

To make a claim, the customer shall:

  1. Contact customer service by phone or email and describe the error
  2. Follow the instructions from customer service, including enclosing a completed returns form when returning. The customer may choose whether to make an advance claim on an open invoice or a claim that is sent to Xenonkungen first.
  3. Return the goods in their original packaging or in another suitable way to avoid further damage

6.3 Measures in case of an authorised complaint
In the event of an approved complaint, Xenonkungen is responsible for resolving the complaint at no cost to the customer:

  • repair the goods, or
  • replace the goods with a new or equivalent product; or
  • refund the purchase price including shipping costs.

The chosen remedy is determined by Xenonkungen, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Refund or replacement shall be made without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from the acceptance of the complaint.

The costs of packaging, any troubleshooting costs, dismantling and installation costs and travelling expenses for the fitter are always paid by the customer.

6.4 Fees for unauthorised claims
If the complaint is not accepted, for example due to incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or careless handling, Xenonkungen reserves the right to charge a handling fee of SEK 240 excluding VAT for costs attributable to examination, handling and shipping costs.


7. delivery and delay

7.1 Delivery

Delivery of the products will take place as indicated in the order confirmation. We bear the risk for the products until you, the customer, take possession of them, i.e. when you receive the products from the carrier.


7.2 Uncollected parcels

The customer is responsible for receiving or collecting his/her shipment in accordance with the instructions provided with the order.

Items delivered to an agent must be collected within the time limit specified in the notification. If the consignment is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to Xenonkungen.

For uncollected shipments, Xenonkungen is entitled to charge an administrative fee of SEK 120 excluding VAT, corresponding to the costs of shipping, return and handling. For heavy/bulky parcels and bulky goods, the fee is from SEK 200 excluding VAT.

The customer is obliged to collect the consignment within the specified time, unless otherwise specifically agreed with Xenonkungen via customer service.

Please note that uncollected shipments are not considered as an exercise of the right of withdrawal. In order for the right of cancellation to apply, the customer must have received the shipment and then, within the cancellation period, expressly notify Xenonkungen of the exercise of the right of cancellation in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.


7.3 Delay

If the delivery of your products is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of this. If possible, we will provide you with a new estimated delivery date or if the product is sold out.


8. terms of payment

8.1 Consumers

Payment of products is made via Klarna Checkout, where the following payment options can be selected:

  • Invoice
  • Payment in instalments
  • Card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • Bank transfer
  • Swish

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in Klarna Checkout at the time of purchase. For consumers, full payment must be made no later than the due date according to the chosen payment method.

In the event of non-payment, collection measures may be taken in accordance with the applicable law.


8.2 Business customers and retailers

For businesses and retailers credit account is granted after an approved credit check. The conditions are:

  • Invoice payment within 30 days from the date of invoice
  • Default interest on 18 % per year on overdue debt
  • Reminder fee if 60 SEK incl. VAT in case of late payment

If payment is not made within the agreed time, we reserve the right to:

  • Demand immediate payment of outstanding amounts
  • Cancelling or stopping future deliveries
  • Take collection action in accordance with applicable law

8.3 Other

By accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, the customer accepts the payment terms set out above.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Any costs for payment intermediaries (e.g. Klarna) are included in the conditions applicable at the time of purchase.


9. Personal data and privacy (GDPR)

When you make a purchase with us, you agree that we process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation (GDPR) to:

  • Fulfilling the agreement
  • Managing delivery and payment
  • Communicate with you about your order

We entrust never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

You have the right to request at any time:

  • Correction of incorrect data
  • Erasure of your personal data

Requests for rectification or erasure are made by contacting our customer service. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.


10. Minors

Customers under 18 years old can not enter into binding agreements themselves. Orders may only be placed with the explicit consent of the guardian.


11. dispute resolution

We always endeavour to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase and our service. If you experience problems or are dissatisfied, we therefore ask you to contact our customer service in the first instance, and we will try to find a solution together.

If a dispute should nevertheless arise, Xenonkungen will follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). ARN is an impartial body that examines disputes between consumers and companies. You can find out more and make a complaint via www.arn.se.

As a consumer, you also have the possibility to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
