Prices
Choose on left meny to show VAT (Value added tax) 25% included or excluded. Min. order value is SEK200/EUR18. Customers outside EU will pay no VAT. Local tax and customs duty may be applied accordingly.
EU company: Note your registered VAT number and we will refund the 25% tax to your bankcard after your purchase.
Freight
Freight cost from SEK200/EUR18 will be added depending on weight.
We ship with MyPack, UPS or other at our best choice. Please note your cellphone number for SMS parcel message.
Delivery
Stock items will take 3-4 work days within EU and 5-7 days outside EU. During peak season (Oct-Dec) it may take few more days.
Warranty
Any warranty is stated under product description. In general 1 year (HID), 90 days (halogen) 30 days (LED). EU/SE/DK Consumer Laws are fully valid.
All warranty is valid from Date of purchase.
Please contact us if any malfunction during warranty time. Defective item (only) is to be sent back by mail service to below address for replacement. Enclose copy of the receipe. Usually it’s possible to determine correct source of malfunction by replacing with another similar product (change side with ballast f.ex).

Right of return
30 day full right of return - 100% satisfied or money back guarante.
You are free to open any package, install and test the product.
The return freight is covered by us according to procedure below.
Please return the goods as accepted received by you self, including package etc.
Any damages can reduce the refund or endanger the return.
Payment will be refunded within 5 working days after receive your return.
How to make a return to us:
1. Send a mail to order@xenonkungen.se and request for a Paketavi Retur (return package ticket) and print it.
2. Print and enclose our Complaints & Return Form.
3. Take the package to your local MyPack representative, preferably use the original package. The MyPack branch can normaly provide you with a plastic envelop for the ticket.

Status of stock
The item is kept in stock in our warehouse in Kungsbacka according to stated quantity if otherwise not noted for the item.
Payment options foreign customers:
Bankcard: Safe online payment with Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard. Payment forwarder is Auriga ePayments. The transaction is protected accordingly to PCI DSS and 3D Secure.

If you are under 18 years old any order must follow with your parents acceptance.
