Company profile 1999-2010

Xenonkungen is a trademark registered by Hannus & Co Teknik AB. Our business was established in 1999 with an alarm and security webshop. 2002 we start to sell HID kits and so 2008 we end the security branch to put all effort on auto lighting.

Xenonkungen is well known in Sweden and have the reputation to be the leading supplier of xenon kits (12000 kits/year) in Scandinavia. In early 2002 our company founder wanted xenon lights for his car but the costs for original afterfitting gave a second thought. Hence he tracked and found a supplier of HID conversion kits in Finland (xenonvalot.com) and became their reseller. In Autumn 2002 we start to import kits from Korea.

Today we mainly import from China but also from Taiwan and Korea. We visit anually exhibitions and suppliers in Asia. We distribute via our internet webshop and some 500 local dealers and workshops.

Hannus & Co Teknik AB is a family owned trading company with 8 staff members. We have trust in the future and supervise the market for new items to offer our customers.

During 2009 we began to close deals with major chain stores and increased the assortment with products for the professional 12-24V market and in 2010 we will launch www.ledison.se to cover the market of LED lighting for household and public use.

In November 2009 we moved to larger facilities (460sqm) at Energigatan 17H in Kungsbacka. Our vision is to become a major supplier of vehicle lighting in north Europe within 5 years.

Financial

Since 2005 we have increased 25-40% in sales each year. We aim for SEK20M for the present year 2010. Our financial status is solid and hence we can be a longterm supplier and partner. Turnover 2009 was SEK15M.
